   All services are self-pay and must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not bill insurance, but we can provide a Superbill upon request for patient reimbursement.

3. Cancellations & Refunds:
   Appointments may be canceled up to 2 hours before your scheduled visit for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment time.

4. Medical Limitations:
   SendClinic does not treat medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

5. Use of Website:
