We’re a cash-pay clinic, but we’re happy to provide a Superbill — a detailed receipt with diagnosis and procedure codes — after your visit.
You can use this to request reimbursement from your insurance (especially PPO plans or HSA/FSA accounts).

What is a SuperBill and how do I use it?
A SuperBill is a detailed receipt with the diagnosis codes and procedures from your visit. You can submit it to your PPO insurance for possible reimbursement. We’ll email it to you after your appointment.

Yes! Most Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to use your card just like a debit card for medical services.

Will you provide a receipt for reimbursement?
Absolutely. We’ll give you a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system. You’ll receive a payment link by email after booking your appointment — it’s fast, safe, and easy.

Do you offer refunds if I cancel?
Yes — we offer full refunds as long as you cancel at least 4 hours before your appointment. To cancel or reschedule, just reply to your confirmation email or contact us directly. No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
