How do I book an appointment?
It’s simple! Just go to our Book Appointment page, pick your service, and submit your request. We’ll email you a secure $50 payment link. Once paid, we’ll confirm your visit. That’s it!

What happens after I request an appointment?
We’ll email you a secure payment link right after you submit your appointment request. Once you complete payment, your appointment is confirmed. You’ll also receive instructions for your telehealth visit.

What is the cost of a visit?
Every visit is just $50 — flat rate. No insurance. No hidden fees. No surprises.

Do you accept insurance?
We’re a cash-pay clinic, which helps us keep costs low and care simple. You’ll get a receipt (or superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Do I need insurance to use SendClinic?
Not at all. We don’t bill insurance, so you don’t need it to use our services.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment link.

Can I use SendClinic for urgent care?
Yes! We treat common conditions like colds, flu, UTIs, skin rashes, allergies, and more — all via telehealth.

Do you treat emergencies?
No. We don’t treat life-threatening conditions. If you’re having an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest ER right away.

Do I need to live in a certain state?
Yes. You must be physically located in California or Nevada at the time of your visit. We are only licensed to treat patients in those states.

How long are the appointments?
Most visits last between 15–20 minutes depending on the service.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before your scheduled visit using the link in your confirmation email. If it’s within 2 hours of your appointment time, the visit will be considered final and non-refundable. For help, contact us.

Can you support prescriptions?
If appropriate, a prescription may be sent to your pharmacy (in compliance with law).

Is my information private and secure
Absolutely. Your visit is conducted via HIPAA-compliant platforms. We take your privacy seriously.

Can provider issue notes for work/school
Yes. We can issue notes after a qualifying telehealth visit. Just choose that option when booking.

What happens after my visit?
After your visit, you’ll receive a secure summary and, if applicable, your prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy. You may also book follow-ups as needed.
